Can I pick up my order ?
Yes.
You can collect your order in Garfield (outer Sth East Melbourne).
Order pick ups are STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT only.
Simply select the "Pick Up" option when "checking Out".
We will then be in contact with you to arrange an appointment time.
I have an aftermarket steering damper (or other components). Will the Billy Goat 4WD bash plate fit ok?
With there being so many different brands, types, shapes and sizes of steering dampers, Billy Goat 4WD cannot guarantee that the bash plate will fit.
How can I pay for my order ?
At the end of the ordering process, go to your "Cart".
Simply follow the instructions and you can select to pay by using any of the following methods
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
- AfterPay (max $1,000)
- Zip-Pay & Zip-Money* (requires you to sign up an account)
When and how will my order be dispatched ?
All orders are generally dispatched the next business day (once full payment details are confirmed).
Most commonly we use Australia Post (Occasionally we use Sendle Couriers)
NOTE - King Brown exhaust systems need to be ordered in from Pacemaker. This may take several days. Please contact us for confirmation of dispatch times.
How long will it take to delivery my order ?
Once your order is in the hands of our courier or Aust Post, delivery to most parts of Australia will be within 4-5 business days. Naturally these times will be longer to rural and remote areas. These times will also be longer to WA or NT and may be longer again to other remote areas.
Billy Goat 4WD cannot be held responsible for any delays by the couriers or Australia Post.
Billy Goat 4WD has no ability at all to hurry the delivery process.
NOTE - Billy Goat 4WD is not responsible for any "estimated delivery dates" provided by other parties (i.e. Sendle, Australia Post or eBay). We have found that some (especially eBay) can sometimes quote very inaccurate estimates of delivery times.
Can I track my delivery ?
Yes. As soon as we have booked your shipment with our courier or Aust Post, you will receive a confirmation Email. This Email will contain links and information as to how you can "track" your delivery.
Terms and Conditions
If an order is returned to Billy Goat 4WD because it was unable to be delivered due to incorrect address details being provided or you were not home at time of delivery, the purchaser will be charged for a re-delivery fee.
Deliveries to EXTREME and/or REMOTE locations
Billy Goat 4WD offers Australia Wide deliver at a set fee.
However, Billy Goat 4WD reserves the right that in the situation whereby our standard couriers deem the location to be "extreme" or "remote" and need to charge a higher than normal courier fee, then Billy Goat 4WD will contact the buyer to offer a revised delivery fee.
If the buyer is not in agreeance with the additional quoted delivery fee then Billy Goat 4WD will fully refund any monies payed by the buyer.
NOTE - "Remote" locations are defined/determined by the transport company. They are not determined by Billy Goat 4WD or the purchaser.
What is your returns policy ?
Billy Goat 4WD offers a 30 day money back return policy (*except for King Brown exhaust systems - see notes below).
In order to receive a refund or exchange ;
- Billy Goat 4WD must received the goods back within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Upon return to Billy Goat, goods must be in 100% original condition and in it's original packaging.
- Postage back to Billy Goat 4WD is at the purchaser's expense.
- Any monetary refund will be only for the product and a refund will not be given for the original courier/postage charge.
- If a product is to be replaced, the customer will be charged for a new courier/postage fee.
- Any refund provided will be via electronic transfer only (back into your credit card or bank account). Cash refunds will not be done.
NOTE - King Brown exhaust systems need to be specially ordered in for each order. Therefore we are not able to offer any refunds for cancelled orders of King Brown systems.
Color Variations
From time to time, the exact color of your product may vary slightly from that which we display. In particular, the purchaser understands that "Combo Deals" combining yellow Bash Plates with yellow Tow Points are manufactured by different manufacturers and therefore the yellow Bash Plate may vary slightly in color to the yellow Tow Points. However any such difference is very minimal and is not noticed or seen once fitted to the vehicle
