Do I need to be home for the Courier delivery.


In line with Corona Virus distancing requirements for courier drivers, deliveries cannot be sent as "Signature Required" anymore, but will be sent instead as "Authority to Leave".  This is so that drivers are not in direct contact with people when delivering.   Drivers will look for a secure place to leave your delivery if nobody is home.  We strongly suggest that if you are in doubt regarding having a secure enough delivery spot, you should consider getting your parcel delivered to a friend or relative that you know will be home to receive the delivery.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE  that during this period all courier delivery companies are experiencing delays due to greatly increased volumes.  Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.


Can I pick up my order ?

You can collect your order in Garfield (outer Sth East Melbourne).
Order pick ups are STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT only.
Simply select the "Pick Up" option when "checking Out".   
We will then be in contact with you to arrange an appointment time.

How can I pay for my order ?

At the end of the ordering process, go to your "Cart".
Simply follow the instructions and you can select to pay by using any of the following methods
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
- AfterPay   (max $1,000)
- Zip-Pay & Zip-Money*   (requires you to sign up an account)

What is your returns policy ?

Billy Goat 4WD offers a 30 day money back return policy.
In order to receive a refund or exchange ;
- Billy Goat 4WD must received the goods back within 30 days.
- Upon return to Billy Goat, goods must be in 100% original condition and in it's original packaging.
- Postage back to Billy Goat 4WD is at the purchaser's expense.
- Any monetary refund will be only for the product and a refund will not be given for the original courier/postage charge. 
- If a product is to be replaced, the customer will be charged for a new courier/postage fee.
- Any refund provided will be via electronic transfer only (back into your credit card or bank account). Cash refunds will not be done.

When and how will my order be dispatched ?

All orders are generally dispatched the next business day (once full payment details are confirmed).
For larger items, we normally use Sendle Couriers ("Couriers Please" and "Fastway") as our main couriers.  Smaller items are normally sent with Aust Post.
NOTE - Sendle Couriers are not connected to Australia Post and therefore cannot deliver to PO Boxes

How long will it take to delivery my order ?

Once collected by the courier, delivery to most parts of Australia will be within 3-4 business days (longer to WA, NT and other remote areas).
Billy Goat 4WD cannot be held responsible for any delays by the couriers or Australia Post.  Billy Goat 4WD has no ability at all to hurry the delivery process.

Can I track my delivery ?

Yes.  As soon as we have booked your shipment with our courier or Aust Post, you will automatically receive a confirmation Email.  This Email will contain links and information as to how you can "track" your delivery.

Terms and Conditions

If an order is returned to Billy Goat 4WD because it was unable to be delivered due to incorrect address details being provided or you were not home at time of delivery, the purchaser will be charged for a re-delivery fee.


Colour Variations

From time to time, the exact colour of your product may vary slightly from that which we display.  In particular, the purchaser understands that "Combo Deals" combining yellow Bash Plates with yellow Tow Points are manufactured by different manufacturers and therefore the yellow Bash Plate may vary slightly in colour to the yellow Tow Points.  However any such difference is very minimal and is not noticed or seen once fitted to the vehicle
