Do I need to be home for the Courier delivery.

NOTE - TEMPORARY CHANGES DUE TO CORONA VIRUS

In line with Corona Virus distancing requirements for courier drivers, deliveries cannot be sent as "Signature Required" anymore, but will be sent instead as "Authority to Leave".  This is so that drivers are not in direct contact with people when delivering.   Drivers will look for a secure place to leave your delivery if nobody is home.  We strongly suggest that if you are in doubt regarding having a secure enough delivery spot, you should consider getting your parcel delivered to a friend or relative that you know will be home to receive the delivery.

       

Can I pick up my order ?

Yes. You can collect your order in Pakenham in Melbourne.
In order to arrange this you will need to contact us via our CONTACT US page detailing your request.  We will then send you a special invoice for "Pick Up Only".  
Order pick ups are STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT only.
Full payment must be made (online) BEFORE pick up.
Exact address details will be forwarded with your payment confirmation.
  
  

How can I pay for my order ?

At the end of the ordering process, go to your "Cart".
Simply follow the instructions and you can select to pay by using any of the following methods
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
- AfterPay   (max $1,000)
- Zip-Pay & Zip-Money*   (requires you to sign up an account)
  
  

What is your returns policy ?

Billy Goat 4WD offers a 30 day money back return policy.
In order to receive a refund or exchange ;
- Billy Goat 4WD must received the goods back within 30 days.
- Upon return to Billy Goat, goods must be in 100% original condition and in it's original packaging.
- Postage back to Billy Goat 4WD is at the purchaser's expense.
- Any monetary refund will be provided via electronic transfer only (back into your credit card or bank account). Cash refunds will not be done.
  
  

When and how will my order be dispatched ?

All orders are generally dispatched the next business day (once full payment details are confirmed).
For larger items, we normally use Sendle Couriers ("Couriers Please" and "Fastway") as our main couriers.
NOTE - Sendle Couriers are not connected to Australia Post and therefore cannot deliver to PO Boxes
For smaller items (eg Recovery Points) we use Australia Post.
Delivery to most parts of Australia will be within 2-3 business days (a little longer to WA, NT and other remote areas)
Once we have organised your shipment with our courier, you will receive a confirmation Email from the courier and from there you will have the ability to "track" your delivery.
  
  

Can I track my delivery

Yes.  You will be provided with a tracking number and link as to how to track your delivery.
   
   
    

Terms and Conditions

If an order is returned to Billy Goat 4WD because it was unable to be delivered due to incorrect address details being provided or you were not home at time of delivery, the purchaser will be charged for a re-delivery fee.
